• Manage end-to-end accounting processes including AP, AR, and general ledger, Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) , Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and tax regulations, Coordinate with auditors and external consultants
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards for senior management, Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable insights
• Develop annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts, Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions, Monitor project-wise budgets and cost control measures
• Support business development initiatives through financial analysis, Evaluate investment opportunities using financial models (ROI, IRR, etc.)
• Optimize fund utilization and ensure liquidity management, Liaise with banks and financial institutions when required
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial principles, Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling, Experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
