• Develop Contractor Master through proactive contractor identification, evaluation & rating based on service applicability, reputation, financial capabilities, legal entity status, litigation history etc.
• Coordinate with the Document Control professional on a regular basis to ensure timely receipt of the Architectural and Services drawings.
• Prepare tenders in adherence to the user department’s contract formulation request form. Ensure effective splitting of package into sub-packages during Contract Formulation
• in Consultation with seniors.
• Inviting offers from vendors & preparing comparative statement as per techno – commercial discussion with contractors considering various contracts terms.
• Facilitate negotiations with the Contractors and ensure the effective inclusion of revised quotes in the final contract.
• Preparation & Issue of work orders / variation orders along with B.O.Q and contract terms & condition. Ascertain the signing of contracts by both parties and ensure timely handover to
• document control team /effective maintenance of the same
