Legal Executive

The Legal Executive will support the legal department in handling legal documentation, compliance, litigation coordination, and advisory functions. The role involves ensuring that the company operates within the law and minimizes legal risks
Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as agreements, contracts, MOUs, NDAs, etc., Handle property-related legal documentation (Title Search, Due Diligence, Agreements, Registration) (if real estate company)
Coordinate with external lawyers, advocates, and consultants. Manage and track ongoing litigation and legal cases. Maintain legal records, documents, and MIS reports, Assist in contract negotiations and legal advisory
Handle statutory compliance and documentation
