• Has to be well acquainted with the laws of Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) and will have to visit the authority as and when required. Has to have the ability to maintain cordial relationship with SRA officials for getting things quickly done

• Will have to verify, comment and finalize contracts for the purpose of awarding work contracts to the contractors

• Will have to appear before the Court of Law as may be necessary and also appoint Advocates/Counsels on and behalf of the company

• Have to draft Memorandum of Understanding, Joint Development Agreements, Power of Attorneys, Lease Agreements, Leave and License Agreements, etc. as may be necessary by the company.

• Have to play an active part in finalizing Sale Agreement, Application Form, Allotment Letter, Conveyance etc. (Sale Kit) for Mumbai Projects

• Have to answer/clarify the customer queries in case of any ambiguity in connection with legal interpretation of sale documentations and title documents. Any and every other miscellaneous legal work
