Skilled in Purchase and Procurement of Material for real estate site.
Purchase right quality at the right cost and ensure timely delivery.
Need to have knowledge of Work Order, Purchase Order, and taking Quotation from vendors.
Expert in construction material; Handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites and timely payment to suppliers.
Collecting quotations from various vendors against purchase requisition.
Making a comparison of received quotations for rate, quality, etc., for analysis and finalization.
Computer literate, with knowledge in Microsoft Office & ERP; A team player with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, creative and resourceful.
