Sales - Guest Relation Executive

Must be Presentable and Confident to Independently handle visitor coordination at Site Sales Office.
Very good speaking and writing skills.
Must have handled good Front Desk Infrastructure ~ Preference will be given to candidates from Premium Hotel Background or High-End Luxury Project Front Desk.
To welcome clients and visitors at Site Sales Office & make them comfortable in the Customer Waiting Zone.
To allocate Sales Personnel to each visitor and initiate an introduction between them.
To register complete details of everyone and anyone entering the Sales Arena in a provided system & software.
To be able to work on CRM and control Visit allocation, Visit validation etc.
