Knowledge f ERP software, Preparation of material Indent. Preparation of G.R.N
Check-in of material inward and outward. Performing inventory inspections and recording supplies and stock as necessary.
Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders, Update internal databases with order details
Follow up with suppliers, purchase department for material delivery
Checking of material Balance stock in Store, Quantity of material is counted and counter checked with challan copy
Issue of material to contractor and Keeping record, Preparation of matrial stock report
Regular monitoring the matrial management, availability, minimum stock values, store managements and day to day material consumption
