• Execute and supervise finishing activities: flooring, painting, carpentry, false ceiling, modular furniture, electrical and plumbing finishes, etc.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, design specifications & quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors & vendors for smooth workflow.
• Monitor site progress and update daily/weekly reports to project manager.
• Conduct inspections, snagging & de-snagging until project handover.
• Manage materials planning, inventory & ensure minimal wastage.
• Validate quality of materials delivered at site.
• Track timelines and ensure project milestones are achieved without delay.
• Assist in BOQ verification, cost control & bill checking of contractors.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with site protocols.
• Strong understanding of interior works, building materials, drawings and specifications.
• On-site execution & supervision expertise Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office & Project Management basics.
• Strong communication and vendor management skills.
• Problem-solving & ownership attitude.
