If you are opting for OPTION A, Registration Fee (1% of *Total Consideration) and Misc. Expenses to be paid at the time of Registration of Conveyance deed.
If you are opting for OPTION B, Balance Stamp Duty has to be paid at the time of Registration of Conveyance deed, along with Registration Fee (1% of *Total Consideration) and Misc. Expenses.
