Understand and agree that any allotment of the Residential Apartment by the Said Promoter is subject to (i) realization of the Cheque/ Demand Draft/Pay Order/RTGS/NEFT, I/We have paid as application money for booking by
Cheque/ Demand Draft/Pay Order/RTGS/NEFT (ii) payment to be made by me/us in terms of the Payment Plan given below and (iii) standard Agreement for transfer to be signed by me/us within one month of issuance of Allotment Letter, failing either of which such allotment shall automatically stand withdrawn and cancelled and the entirety of the Application Money for booking paid by me/us will be forfeited.
Understand that I/We have the right to opt out even if there is no fault of the Promoter, of any allotment made to me/us by the Said Promoter, by communicating in writing, which should reach to the Said Promoter, within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of allotment and in such event, the entirety of the Application Money for booking will be forfeited.
Am/are aware and confirm that the benefit of GST has been passed on to me/us and I/we will not claim any benefit later on.
